Christmas with Bel Canto Choir Vilnius: three special premieres and an innovative, unprecedented musical experience in Lithuania!

For Christmas 2015, Lithuania’s best choir – Bel Canto Choir Vilnius – presented a modern and unique program featuring premieres of three special works not just in Lithuania, but the whole Baltic region. On three successive nights just before Christmas – on December 20-22, 2015 – at the Lithuanian National Philharmonic, Bel Canto Choir Vilnius presented the latest and most contemporary music.

With this musical project, Bel Canto Choir Vilnius achieved what none of the Lithuanian choirs has ever done it throughout the entire history of the national choral music. For three consecutive nights the Choir has reigned over the stage of the Lithuanian National Philharmonic Hall, becoming the first choir in the history of the Lithuanian choral music, attracting the audience of more than 1800 people.
